Planning Your Wellness Holiday
Start by browsing our website for inspiration. Submit an enquiry and one of our Wellness Travel Specialists will guide you through a personalised quote. We do not take direct bookings online, as every retreat and wellness journey is tailored to your goals and preferences.
We typically respond to enquiries within 24-hours on weekdays. Simple wellness retreats can be planned within a couple of days, while more complex itineraries may take longer.
Each retreat typically includes accommodation and a full itinerary of wellness activities, treatments and meals. Your proposal will detail everything included for your specific booking.
Yes. All holidays are flexible, and you can choose your location, activities, treatments and meal plans to suit your goals.

What is the duration of your wellness holidays?
From 4 to 7-day retreats to extended sabbaticals or our year-long “Ultimate Around the World Wellness Trip”, we cater for all durations.
Payments & Protection
Yes, we require a deposit to secure your wellness holiday and lock in your quoted price. This deposit ensures we can begin arranging your wellness holiday right away. Your booking will be confirmed via email with a booking voucher from our team. Please note that deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
The balance payment schedule is structured as follows:
– 70+ days before departure: Initial 20% deposit only
– 57-69 days before: 35% of total holiday price
– 42-56 days before: 70% of total holiday price
– Less than 42 days before: Full payment required
Yes, subject to availability and a £50 administration fee. You can amend your trip up to 8-weeks before departure. Airline changes will incur further charges dependant on airline.
Cancellations are subject to charges depending on how far in advance they are made. Full details will be provided in your booking documents. Flight bookings are non-refundable.
Flights & Travel Protection
Yes, all UK flight-inclusive bookings are ATOL protected.
We recommend purchasing comprehensive insurance that includes trip amendments and cancellations. We can assist you in arranging suitable coverage.
We advise arriving 3-hours before international flights. Check baggage allowance on your booking voucher. Let us know if your flight is delayed so we can adjust transfers.

Our signature Fusion Fitness holiday lets you customise your programme with activities from four areas: cardio, strength & sport, mind & body and renewal.
A hybrid experience that combines cultural discovery with wellness. Feel free to explore your destination before or after your retreat while staying healthy and active.
You’ll have access to a range of classes and excursions. Final schedules may vary based on availability or minimum group numbers. We’ll guide you on booking any that need to be reserved.
Practical Information
You are responsible for ensuring your passport, visas and vaccinations are valid for your destination. We recommend that you speak with your GP well in advance of travel.
Rooms are available for solo travellers or shared bookings. Meal plans include half board, full board, all-inclusive or customised nutritional plans.

If issues arise during your trip, notify resort staff immediately. If you still require assistance, please feel free to contact HFT. For post-travel concerns, contact us within 28 days. We’re here to help ensure everything meets your expectations.
