The Punta Cuna MELIÁ resort at THE LEVEL was the best vacation ever and provided the best customer service-by ensuring all of our needs were met, making our trip so amazing by making all of our entertainment reservations. Anything we needed, they made sure it happened. The resort is absolutely amazing and beautiful. It was cleaned and sanitised continuously to ensure a health conscious and safe environment. It was required that all staff and guests wear masks except when eating or swimming. The staff were all so accommodating. The SPA staff provided the best daily spa massages that put us to sleep like little babies. Our room stayed in tiptop condition every single day. It felt so good coming back to a freshly cleaned room at the end of the day. There is always some type of fun entertainment either at the pool side or main lobby several times a day. You will never be bored. The food was so delicious with an amazing variety to choose from.
