The Rooms
Choose from 93 suites to stay at, within this luxurious wellness retreat – perfectly designed to create a cool and calming sanctuary. The modern suites are decorated in white and neutral tones, which combined with floor to ceiling windows and large terraces, fill the room with light and highlight the dramatic mountain or sea views of El Albir beach in the Costa Blanca. Each room comes with complimentary Wi-Fi, remote lighting & drapery control and a private en-suite bathroom.
The Experience
Days are structured around your tailored wellness goals; with consultations, treatments, personal training sessions and massages all scheduled into your experience. In your free time, make the most of the abundant natural surroundings by exploring the Parc Natural de la Serra Gelada, full of mountain landscapes and hidden coves & beaches.
Health and Fitness Travel love to start our day off with Nordic Walking and a yoga class. Guests are invited to try out cooking classes, relax within the library or even sneak off to the cinema later in the day. Guests also can get exercise from Padel tennis, beach walks, golf putting, fitness and wellness classes.

Wellness is at the core of SHA’s philosophy and a luxury spa serves as the retreat’s true centrepiece. Offering a comprehensive treatment menu and a 360° approach to holistic health, the spa is thoughtfully divided into ‘Occident’, ‘Orient’ and ‘Balance Zones’. With warm temperatures in Spain still around 23 Celsius in mid-October; I decided to take a short healthy holiday to SHA Wellness Clinic in Spain for a sunny detox retreat.After a smooth journey from the airport to the resort, I was greeted by the friendly staff and given a brief tour of the facilities. I stayed in an expansive Superior Suite which could accommodate two or three people easily, particularly as it contains two bathrooms.

I was very excited about visiting SHA Wellness Clinic to rejuvenate and energise for a few days in Spain. It's making quite a name for itself and with regular visits from the likes of Kylie Minogue, Simon Cowell and Naomi Campbell, it seems everybody wants to reap the rewards from coming here.

What an incredible holiday! This is my second time at SHA and now they have a diary slot scheduled on arrival with a planner so you can adapt and change, which I loved. I went for relaxation, sun, good food and excises.I achieved all of these and more! I wish I could have stayed longer. I even had a jacuzzi on my private balcony! SHA Wellness Clinic is an award-winning luxurious destination, ideal for anyone looking to cleanse their body & mind in gorgeous surroundings and in the hands of the best detox specialists in Europe. Their approach is based on a macrobiotic inspired cuisine, western philosophies and high-end eastern technology. During my four days at SHA, I’ve witnessed the life-changing power of these three elements combined, and how they can contribute to improve health. During my stay I met a variety of guests, some were simply looking to kick-start a balanced lifestyle while detoxifying the body, others were suffering from serious illnesses in search of healing therapies, and some with high weight-loss goals. With different lengths of stay, we all felt our intentions had been achieved and returned home feeling healthier.
