Join Maryann on this 4-night relaxing and rejuvenating retreat in Portugal, guiding you through Yoga, meditation, lymphatic, and breath work practices to give your mind and body time to refresh and relax while enjoying the beautiful surroundings.
There will be 2 classes each day, with the first class at 5pm on Thursday evening followed by a delicious evening meal.
Each morning Maryann will begin by taking you through a 90 minute Morning Yoga session at around 7.30am before breakfast. We will enjoy lunch around 1pm before our second Yoga session of the day. Each day will finish with dinner at around 7pm.
In-between classes, you have free time to relax and enjoy the facilities, or perhaps explore the local surroundings and what it has to offer.
Maryann likes to include different elements of her Yoga training along with other disciplines she has studied. She finds a balance between working and awakening your body, along with finding deep relaxation and soothing the nervous system. From working in different environments and with a variety of people she creates her classes so that anyone can benefit from her sessions.
