Where do you get your power from?

The demands of everyday life can leave you feeling exhausted and overwhelmed?

Like most people, you just want to feel in control of your life with an energy and spark that’s magnetic.

The demands of everyday life can leave you feeling exhausted and overwhelmed?

Like most people, you just want to feel in control of your life with an energy and spark that’s magnetic.

But your mood and motivation is high one minute (usually after your morning coffee) and low another, causing your emotions to feel like a rollercoaster?

If only those anxious feelings could just be gone and you could communicate calmly and confidently with your loved ones, and to laugh so much more than you currently are.

Your intention is to make healthier food choices but chocolate tastes even better when you feel crap and the idea of doing healthy food prep just adds to the overwhelm and feels like another task amongst the already exhaustive to do list.

And to make it worse, you start feeling like you’re just not good enough, that sometimes life just feels too hard and the idea of balance becomes, just an idea.

I hear you.

You see, there’s a cultural epidemic going around, it’s called busyness!

How often do you say the words “I don’t have time” or “I’m so busy”? Is it a possibility that your busy life is defining you? Many people feel lost, unproductive and unimportant if they’re not busy…could this be you?

Constant busyness and sustainable wellbeing do not work together!

It is almost impossible to feel connected, calm, clear and creative when you are running from one task to another, without giving yourself the opportunity to pause, reflect and reset.

When your cup is empty you can’t expect yourself to have the internal resources to make good choices and be able pour abundantly into the people and projects you love.

Does the phrase….Yes, but….but… but ….resonate? I’m sure you have a dozen valid reasons why you have so much to do, why you can’t take time off and why you can’t make more space for yourself.

I’m here to call BS on that!

Sorry I know that sounds harsh, but the truth is without taking the time to stop and reconnect to yourself and your internal power, nothing will change and achieving your desired goals both personally and professionally will be very challenging.

Having worked in the health and wellbeing space for more than 20 years across multiple arenas, I have witnessed so many people who run on autopilot until they are forced to stop through, injury, illness or burnout. And we all can agree, at that point, you are not much value to anybody.

The magical thing is, you have the power to change your reality whenever you like….. it’s your personal choice. That’s the real truth!

Everyone has inner power. It is our birthright and it abundantly flows through us. The problem is many people have become so disconnected from their internal power source and instead make choices that are externally referenced which end up draining them physically, emotionally and mentally.

So simply put:

Your resilience and the overall state of being depends on where you get your power from.

I don’t know about you but I want to live on a planet where people are so connected to self.

A place where:

  • Everyone knows, likes, cares for and trusts themselves
  • Where people make empowered and self loving choices and in turn the collective energy is more calm, caring, compassionate, kind and joy filled
  • Where abundance flows freely to all

Do you?

Well, the good news is the collective shift has already started!

This is demonstrated by the rapid rise of the life coaching industry and also by the statistics that wellness tourism is growing twice as fast as overall tourism, showing that many are recognising and actioning the heightened need for self awareness and self care.

Professor Marc Cohen and a team of researchers examined 23 studies relating to the health impacts of immersive residential retreat experiences where the results suggest retreat experiences significantly improve people’s lives.

“It’s likely that improvements in health are due to a combination of psychological and behavioural factors that lead to better coping mechanisms, lifestyle choices and enhanced resilience to stress.” *

Are you ready…

• To create more resilience, clarity and joy in your life?

• To have more energy, feel more relaxed and have the confidence to take inspired action and make a real difference.

• To become more connected with yourself and have the inner power to make choices that support your wellbeing?

What can you do?

Start today, simply by choosing to PAUSE

Try these are 2 simple ways:

  1. Lie down for a 5 minutes and connect to your breath…your internal life force. Surrender for just those moments to the movement of your breath
  2. Lie on the grass and look up at the clouds or walk barefoot on the earth. This allows the natural rythms of the earth to influence your natural state

These two simple tools are a great way to start, however to make sustainable changes you really have to spend time identifying and connecting to:

  • Your values
  • Your beliefs
  • Your current choices
  • Your structures
  • Your strengths, challenges & opportunities
  • Your actualised self

and then prioritise, set realistic goals and take inspired action on the most important and relevant things for you right now.

I know you have the best intentions to do something that supports your wellbeing but your ‘life’ just gets in the way? I totally get it, it’s normal.

Feeling empowered is at the core of everything for me. It’s taken a real comittment to myself in order to make aligned choices and experience the benefits.

My connection to myself didn’t happen without support, trust me, I tried to play the superwoman and did it all myself for a while but the results were slow, nothing much really changed and if it did, it wasn’t sustainable.

So I had to let go of the shame of not copying or needing support…the belief that because I knew what to do, that I could do it without help. This shift in attitude is what shifted my life. We all need support and I feel so blessed for the people who have helped and continue to assist my growth.

That’s WHY I have made it my lifes work to facilitate transformational experiences that guide big hearted people like you to live a Wellthy Life!

To support you develop more confidence, clarity and overall wellbeing to make choices that achieve your lifestyle goals in a way that’s unique to your personality and style.

Cultivate your inner world and watch your outer world bloom

Sometimes the only way to do this, is give yourself a break from your everyday life and be nourished and supported in a beautiful place that allows you to feel calm, connected, clear and creative.

A space where you feel seen, heard and aknowledged.

A place to learn new tools, share ideas, set clear goals and devise an aligned and inspired action plan, so you return home with a renewed sense of motivation, calmness and inner power to achieve joyful productivity and sustainable wellbeing so you can pour abundantly into the projects and people that you love!
